BenXmark provides analytics benchmarking for X (Twitter) accounts. Users upload screenshots of their analytics, and we extract metrics to compare against aggregated community data. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only upload screenshots from accounts you own or have permission to analyze
- Not attempt to manipulate or falsify data
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Not abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the system
4. Intellectual Property
The BenXmark service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BenXmark. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your uploads for the purpose of providing benchmarks.
5. Data Accuracy
Benchmark data is derived from community submissions and may not be perfectly accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of benchmark comparisons. Use the data for informational purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenXmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
